Robert lives in Dinas Powys, so is very well placed to sell the virtues of living in the Vale. Robert is supported by Senior Negotiator, Jessica who has over 10 years experience in the property industry, Joe who is embarking on a new career with us as Trainee Sales Negotiator, and Nicola our Branch Administrator, all of whom reside in Penarth.

Friendly, responsive, efficient, courteous and polite.

So far the process of finding the property I love has been very smooth sailing. I really appreciated getting a courtesy call to alert me ahead of the place going on the market that it would be available for viewings in the NY. Jemima was brilliant in taking the time to review my requirements before finding me the perfect place. From there the service has stayed very professional and efficient. Jemima and the team are super friendly and call me/ email with regular updates. My offer was accepted and I’m delighted. Fingers crossed the rest of the process through to completion runs as smoothly. Thank you to Jemima and team for representing me so well. Would recommend Allen and Harris at Penarth to any first time buyers.
