Excellent service. I was advised by Josslyn from the Irvine branch when I could view the property I am now purchasing, she also offered to give me contact details of the solicitor I'm now using, plus she organised my appointment with Jamie Ross, who arranged the mortgage. Everything was smooth and easy.
Literally, on the day I saw the house within minutes my offer of putting my offer in, it was accepted and then days later my mortgage was all arranged with the support of Jamie. I thought it would take weeks.
I can't thank them all highly enough, including Peter, one of their viewing agents.
