our Wendover Country House and Farm Sales branch
The Brown & Merry County House & Farm Sales office is strategically placed in the picturesque village of Wendover lying at the foot of the Chiltern Hills, with one of the oldest High Streets in the county. Our offices are in Woollerton House, a Grade II Listed Georgian building and one of the landmarks in the heart of the village, next door to the Red Lion Hotel.
We understand and appreciate that individual and period homes require a bespoke service, which can be tailored to suit differing style and attributes. The office was established in 1964 and we have been specialising in the sale of village and country homes, equestrian and agricultural properties in Beds, Bucks, Herts and Oxon ever since.

We appreciate all the effort your team at Brown and Merry Wendover made in relation to both our sale and purchase. The communication between ourselves, our buyers and our solicitors was simply excellent. We were never left in a grey area, and all parties were kept up-to-date and informed on every issue. All staff we came into contact with showed knowledge of our position and displayed a genuine interest in our journey and enthusiasm for our property.show more

We purchased our current home through Brown & Merry and could not be happier. Their service was fast, efficient and always with a smile. We very much valued their honest answers to any queries we had and their practical approach ensured our purchase went as smoothly and successfully as we could have hoped for. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again myself in the future.show more
