Calling all local home buyers

Open House event this spring bank holiday

Local estate agency Brown & Merry announces another Open House event over the spring bank holiday period (Saturday 27th May – Monday 29th May 2017 inclusive).    Branches will be open for business as usual and Brown & Merry is inviting prospective home owners to view properties taking part.

Featuring many properties, including those that are both new to the market and reduced in price, the Open House event will provide the chance for both time poor house hunters to look for a potential new home, and vendors that wish to maximise their selling opportunity by creating a real buzz around their property.

David Plumtree, Group Estate Agency Chief Executive at parent company Sequence, explains: “Our recent Open House events at the start of the month and over Easter have been hugely successful and we are pleased to be rolling this out again over the spring bank holiday.  It will give local buyers a chance to view a range of properties taking part at a convenient time for them, plus allows us to maximise exposure of the homes that we’re selling through multiple viewings all on one day.

“Also, if you’re thinking of selling your home, speak to us today and your house could be part of our Open House event.  By instructing us, we can place your property in front of the most potential buyers and with the aim to reach the best price,” concludes David.

Open House viewings will be running from Saturday 27th May through to Monday 29th May.  To find out which properties are taking part and to register your interest in attending an Open House event, please call your local Brown & Merry.
